5. Measurement of the particle, humidity control, etc. in a clean room; inspection of semiconductor fabrication plants or high-cleanliness environments.
6. Lease of instruments and equipment.
7. Mask layout.

Testing of water for dialysis

Inspection Items: Al, Cu, Zn, As, Ba, Cd, Cr, Pb, Hg, Se, Ag, Ca, Mg, K, Na, Sb, Tl, Be, Fluoride, Nitrate(asN), Sulfate, Chloramines, and Chlorine, 23 items in total.

1. TCFST passed the certification by TAF for the dialysis water testing in 2000 (Certification No. 0700).
2. In 2007, the Water Quality Inspection and Analysis Laboratory applied to augment the TAF certification items and passed the certification for anions:
   Nitrate(asN), Sulfate; Metal: K, Na, Ca, Mg, Zn.
3. The dialysis water testing account for 70% of the total domestic inspection services.

Inspection of Polymer and Composite materials and Nano-products

Service Items

To meet the market demands, TCFST established a trustworthy and certified inspection unit to provide foundry services for special requirements and provide the following service items:

(I) Polymer and Composite Materials

1. Test of fire-resistant and flame-resistant properties
2. Test of mechanical properties
3. Test of chemical properties
4. Test of thermal properties

(II)Inspection of Heavy Metal Contents

1. Inspection of heavy metal contents in sludge and water
2. Inspection of the water used for hemodialysis (according to AMMI Article 23)
3. Inspection of heavy metal contents in cosmetics and Chinese herbal medicines

(III)Inspection of Nano-products

1. Emission of far-IR
2. Number of negative ions
3. Distribution of particle diameter

(IV)Guide and Assist in the Application of Research Project Grant from the Government

1. Guide and Assist the application of CTTD projects and dominant innovative product projects from IDB, the SBIR projects from DoIT, the industry-academic cooperation projects from NSC, etc.
